Aleesha Young established herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder in the second half of the 2010s. The year 1984 was the year that Aleesha was born to a family of athletes. Her father was a bodybuilding competitor as did her siblings, and she also participated in various sports, including hockey and ice. Aleesha has played many sports like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was granted her professional card in 2014, after winning her first NPC USA Championships. She began her professional career in the year 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro took place and she finished 9th. Her 2015 finish was 9th. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2015 and in 2016 at 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. With steady improvement, Aleesha won her first pro show in 2019, after she took home her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best performance was at WOS The Phoenix Rising in 2020. Fourth place was her top finish. However, "Worlds strongest mom", took a short break from the sport because of health concerns.
